Secure Gated Community

Second of Maslow’s “hierarchy of needs” is safety. At Castle Continuing Care we are situated in a gated community in a very low crime area. Recovery can be a challenging time for any who attempt it. Having a secure place to work towards Maslow’s final need: “Self-Actualization” is much easier when there is a nicely appointed place in which to work and relax. The keypads and keys required to access the amenities in our facility are an added investment in safety and security.

Spacious Living Areas

Our facility features a large living room as well as a dining room. Our ceilings are ten feet tall and the vaulted entryway lends the house a very open and welcoming vibe. Almost half of the total square footage is appointed for spacious common areas. In addition to indoor spaces, there is a patio and lawn area as well as two second floor balconies to spread out.

Fully Equipped Gym and Pool

Recovery from substance-use disorder effects both mind and body. As a guest works to change their thinking about drugs and alcohol, they are also able to change their daily routine. At Castle Continuing Care there is a gym and large pool with spa. The gym has free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines and other amenities. The pool is large enough to swim laps, and the spa is a great way to relax those muscles after a workout. Meetings and step work for the mind; nutrition and exercise for the body make for a great combined recovery program.
